Vision and communication
To help staff to achieve our vision, we actively encourage and promote employee engagement by empowering them to have a say. Colleagues are kept up-to-date on events and performance via a weekly staff newsletter, Inside Axiom. They also have access to a raft of information on our intranet, ALICE.

Training and development
We provide staff with the necessary skills to do their job with professional and on-the-job training as well as opportunities through secondments, traineeships and job swaps. Every employee has their own personal development plan, which is regularly reviewed.

Benefits and giving something back
We offer great benefits and the opportunity to work flexibly. Employees also like to have fun; they take great pride in organising and supporting numerous charitable events. These include dress down days, fundraising and variety evenings for national and local charities/causes as well as our in-house charity, Axiom Homeless Action.
