Axiom embraces a comprehensive approach to continuous improvement and value for money (VFM).
Our overarching VFM strategy is underpinned by a number of linked strategies focused on procurement, quality assurance, performance management, asset management, human resources and ICT.
The Board of Management engages a portfolio holder with special interest and skills in Value for Money from amongst its membership to work closely with officers, staff and stakeholders in developing and delivering VFM strategy and action plans.
We publish our VFM objectives and detail the progress and impact of these annually in our Value for Money Report 2015 2016
