Your rent pays for the management and maintenance of your home. In addition you may pay a service charge for communal services provided around your home such as grounds maintenance or cleaning/lighting in communal areas of blocks of flats.

We will send you a rent statement every three months detailing all your payments and any arrears. Rent increases are applied annually in April and you will be given four weeks' notice of any increase.

If you are finding it difficult to pay your rent, are worried about the benefit changes or want to check your entitlement to benefit please contact the Income Management Team on 01733 347135.
