We use a comprehensive performance management system that monitors and records all of Axiom’s improvement plans and objectives. We publish progress against our key performance indicators weekly to staff with a full review undertaken by the Executive Team monthly.
Our Resident Services Committee examine and challenge our performance on a quarterly basis. A report is also sent to the Board of Management for information. (The Resident Services Committee replaces the Performance Improvement Committee).
