In addition to our umbrella group, Axiom Residents' Forum (ARF), we have seven involved groups who work with us to shape and influence services for the benefit of our customers.
Axiom has a number of customer focussed service panels within the organisation. These service panels are a testament to how embedded resident involvement is within our organisation.
We are currently trialling a new approach in which we have amalgamated several Resident Involvement Panels. We have looked at ways to streamline and tailor meetings and this approach represents a more dynamic, meaningful and value for money approach.
