Residents are at the heart of everything Axiom does and we involve them at every level of our service delivery.
We are committed to working in partnership with our residents and this approach has won us national recognition. In 2011, we won the Tenant Participation Advisory Service’s national award for Excellence In Tenant Annual Reports.
We care about meeting residents’ needs and aim to exceed their expectations by providing outstanding services.
We provide a range of flexible opportunities so residents can get involved at a level that suits them and have an impact on the things that matter most to them. From helping out with organising activities and events happening within their own community through to reviewing the level of service provided directly by us, there is plenty to choose from. Axiom has a number of customer focussed service panels within the organisation. These service panels are a testament to how embedded resident involvement is within our organisation.
We are currently trialling a new approach in which we have amalgamated several Resident Involvement Panels. We have looked at ways to streamline and tailor meetings and this approach represents a more dynamic, meaningful and value for money approach.
