Every resident has the right to live peacefully and to enjoy the comfort of their home and surroundings. Axiom takes all reports of anti-social behaviour (ASB) seriously and we work with tenants and other agencies to prevent and tackle it.
We want residents to feel confident about reporting incidents and have measures to tackle unacceptable behaviour quickly and firmly. Where necessary we will take legal action to protect our residents and the wider community who are affected by ASB.
How Axiom defines ASB
It is behaviour that is capable of causing a nuisance, annoyance or harassment (including racial harassment) to any person who is/are:
- A resident of Axiom
- A family member of a resident
- A visitor to an Axiom property
- Neighbours, their family or visitors
- A visitor to the neighbourhood
- An employee of Axiom and/or contractors
